Rain ‘The Squall’

If show names are anything to go by, the former king of K-pop’s upcoming tour stands to be a massive hit.

Rain brings his show The Squall to AsiaWorld-Expo.

As for originality and cleverness, it won’t be difficult to top The Best Show or even Rain’s Coming – he’s already done that with The Squall – but it will be difficult to outdo the raw theatrics of his previous concerts, which have commonly featured a shirtless and water-drenched Rain on all fours.

Piano Opera: Music From Final Fantasy

Gaming and music go hand in hand, and never more so than with the Final Fantasy franchise, which has brought a new level of credibility to the art, with dedicated soundtrack releases and live performances. For this concert, original Final Fantasy music composer Nobuo Uematsu and pianist Hiroyuki Nakayama provide the music as gaming footage is displayed on large screens.

UK contemporary circus company NoFit State Circus promises to bring an entirely new experience to the average circus goer. Created by artistic director Firenza Guidi, the show blends the light, airy feel of a promenade-style production with the mesmerising aerial acrobatic of from traditional circuses, all backed by music from a live band.
