Big Hit Entertainment – the South Korean label that brought us BTS – is preparing to unveil its latest boy band: Tomorrow X Together, or TXT for short.
After two months of promotion, the five-member outfit will make its debut on March 4 with the release of the mini album “The Dream Chapter: STAR”, making TXT Big Hit’s first new boy band in six years. But who are they?
TXT has five members
Every K-pop promotional cycle needs to create a little anticipation. Naturally, TXT’s pre-debut roll-out meant that the five members – Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai – were unveiled one by one. They’re all teenagers with an average age of 17.
“Each member is different from one another, shining in their own way to create synergy,” Big Hit said in a statement. “The group has come together under one dream in hopes of building a new tomorrow.”
