Internet veterans may recall one of the most memorable sponsorship gaffes – singer Alicia Keys, a creative director for phone maker BlackBerry, tweeting from an iPhone back in 2013. She left her role with BlackBerry soon afterwards. Keys’ mistake was overshadowed when the internationally beloved Korean pop group BTS made a similar error. The group tweeted an anniversary message to fans from an iPhone, before quickly deleting the post and re-sharing it from an Android device, according to screenshots posted by BTS fans. The group have a prominent partnership with South Korean electronics giant Samsung , which runs Android software on its mobile devices. Hahahaha it's so funny!! @BTS_twt So they sent the photos to Samsung phone and uploaded them again. pic.twitter.com/t1B8dz7VCc — Soo Choi⁷ (@choi_bts2) June 13, 2020 Bts after they realised they posted through iphone instead of samsung pic.twitter.com/7zjShtOgvr — tz⁷ (@monolights_) June 13, 2020 WHEN JIMIN'S SIRI WENT OFF AND THEY ACCIDENTALLY TWEETED WITH AN IPHONE??
