Hong Kong stars Terrance Lau and Cecilia Choi marry in Japan, make surprise Instagram post
The actor and actress, who met while filming Beyond the Dream in 2019, have shared a series of wedding photos on their Instagram accounts
Hong Kong actors Terrance Lau Chun-him and Cecilia Choi Sze-wan announced their marriage on their social media accounts on Tuesday.
The celebrity couple, who have been together for five years, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony for their close friends and family in Karuizawa, Japan.
The couple surprised their fans with a series of wedding photos, shot outside Karuizawa Kogen Church, in a shared Instagram post captioned: “Thank you God for loving us. We are married!”
In an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, Lau revealed that he had no idea he was going to fall in love with his co-star.
“So, at that time, I planned to focus on only work. I insisted on not crossing the line during the entire filming process and maintained a professional relationship with her, and I only dealt with my relationship seriously after filming was completed.
