The cast of Netflix’s live-action One Piece is not ready to dock its pirate ship any time soon.

“As long as people enjoy [the show], we enjoy it, we’re healthy, and the quality stays high, I think we could go for quite some time,” says Jacob Gibson, who plays Usopp, the pirate crew’s spirited sniper and storyteller.

After ‌joking they could keep filming for “200 years”, he adds: “As long as we can make it great.”

The hit series – drawn from Eiichiro Oda’s ongoing manga and anime – drops its second season on Netflix on March 10. At the same time, the crew is already deep into filming season three, which began production in November 2025.
