Chinese celebrity couple Huang Xiaoming and AngelaBaby tied the knot in Shanghai in front of more than 2,000 guests from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

A who's who of celebrities were in attendance on Thursday, including Ruby Lin, Lin Chi-ling, Sammo Hung, Vicky Zhao Wei  and Li Bingbing.

Born in Shanghai, Angelababy moved to Hong Kong in her teens and has acted in movies such as Young Detective Dee: Rise Of The Dragon Sea (2013) and in television as the only woman in the Chinese adaptation of the South Korean variety show Running Man. One of China’s biggest stars, Huang is known for his roles in movies such as Ip Man 2 (2010) and TV shows like The Return Of The Condor Heroes (2006).

For his wedding wardrobe the actor donned three cutsom-made suits by Tom Ford: a black tuxedo, a black smoking jacket and a white tuxedo, all worn with white tuxedo shirts, silk ties and patent leather evening shoes. The actor-singer-model didn’t spare any expense:  the complete wardrobe, made during a private appointment at the brand’s Paris store in May, cost 350,000 yuan.

The grand affair reportedly included an entourage of more than 10 sports cars, seen parked outside the venue, including two Ferarris and a black Rolls Royce.

There were also reportedly more than 200 security guards on hand, and four safety deposit boxes to transport red packets given by the guests.
