Review: Come Into Chiuchow Restaurant
The lo sui sauce for the soy goose platter (HK$200) was quite weak in flavour, although the meat from both the breast and thigh were tender, and even better were the thick slices of liver and bean curd. The bitter flavour of mustard green braised with pork belly, mushrooms and dried shrimp (HK$120) was a little too muted.

about HK$245 without drinks or the service charge.
although the main room was large, it wasn't that noisy and tables were set comfortably far apart.
the manager who took our order was happy to recommend dishes, seemed proud of the food and didn't give us the hard-sell to try to make us order expensive dishes.
