It's hard to beat Japanese grilled food for freshness - especially if you get hands-on and grill it yourself. Whether it's yakitori (grilled chicken), yakiniku (Japanese-style Korean barbecue) or kushiyaki (encompassing different meats, seafood and vegetables) you like, we've covered them all. Yakiniku Great specialises in lean cuts

The thinly sliced misuji beef, which we cooked for three seconds on each side ..., was very tender and fatty
