Italian eatery Assaggio Trattoria Italiana in Wan Chai presents creative dishes that tickle the tastebuds and excite the eyes.

Chef Francesco Gava has teamed up with Hong Kong-based artist Francesco Lietti to create a three-course art-inspired menu featuring Lietti’s favourite seafood. at HK$328 per person.

The HK$328 per head meal starts with baby octopus which is roasted and seasoned with olive oil and lemon,  the main is house-made lobster ravioli with French beans, potatoes, mussels and clams with a shellfish reduction. Finish the meal with crème caramel and chocolate mousse with espresso sauce.

If you are keen to flex your artistic muscles, there will be an art jamming party on July 7 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. Lietti will be there to encourage guests to help him create another painting of Hong Kong. The cost is HK$250 per person, including two drinks and canapés.
