There are few things better to cool you down on a hot day than a sorbet. What's more, they're easy to make at home. We've dug through our archive of recipes by senior food and wine editor Susan Jung to come up with eight super cool sorbets. When it's hot outside, I make sorbets far more often than I do ice cream. It's not just because of all the beautiful fruit that is in season; it's also because sorbets are so light and refreshing.
