With people from so many different cultures and countries having made Hong Kong their home, it's not surprising that so many of the world's cuisines are on offer in the city's restaurants. Some chefs take elements of more than one cuisine and fuse them to create something new. We've recently reviewed six fusion restaurants in Central and Western.
