Toritama serves a wide variety of tasty innards

Shiitake mushroom, ginkgo nuts and shishito peppers.

Yakiniku Great specialises in lean cuts

Tougarashi beef - half portion.
The black-starred, thinly sliced misuji beef, which we cooked for three seconds on each side ... was very tender and fatty — no surprise there

Ginkgo and sweetcorn.
Grilled ginkgo nuts were fantastic; they had a slightly chewy texture and the grilling intensified the flavour

Tabibito is tiny, but the razor clams are good
