From January 20-27, Nadaman at the Kowloon Shangri-La in Tsim Sha Tsui is serving a teppanyaki and wine pairing menu for HK1,198 plus 10 per cent (or HK$2,200 for two persons). The omakase menu includes Hokkaido scallop with seaweed and sake sauce, paired with the Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Montagny Premier Cru 2014; and grilled black cod with white miso paste, served with the Domaine Marc Colin et Fils Bourgogne Rouge 2012. Seasons by Olivier E in Causeway Bay is featuring Perigord black truffles on its four-course (HK$888 plus 10 per cent) and six-course (HK1,288 plus 10 per cent) tasting menus that are available until the end of February. The menu includes Hokkaido sea urchin box with salmon tartare and truffle jelly; pigeon with foie gras, cabbage and Perigourdine sauce; and cocoa and gianduja entremet with truffle ice cream.
