Located on the top floor of Hotel ICON, the restaurant’s name not only suggests the views are amazing, but also that the menu will take diners’ taste buds beyond traditional Cantonese cuisine.

The Terence Conran-designed dining room features wooden floors and booth seating with tables by the window offering unparalleled views of Victoria Harbour.

Innovative dishes include steamed lobster with egg white and black truffle, wok-fried prawns with tangerine peel and fermented black beans and crispy roasted pork belly. The Peking-duck or the chef’s recommendation set dinners are worth trying. The drinks list features some of the best wines, whiskies and sake.
