Angelini at the Kowloon Shangri-La in Tsim Sha Tsui is featuring Italian sea bass on its menu until July 12. The fish is prepared in dishes such as sea bass carpaccio with caviar, papaya and cucumber; sea bass tartare with Pantelleria capers, cinnamon, sage-lemon Italian-style crushed ice and vanilla-marinated tomatoes; and sea bass in a crust of bread and olives with cherry tomatoes, leccino olives and capers, and eggplant and burrata cheese cream. The Steak House Winebar + Grill at the InterContinental in Tsim Sha Tsui will have a Penfolds wine dinner on June 29. The five-course dinner is HK$1,800 and includes French chicken breast saltimbocca and white asparagus, paired with the Penfolds RWT Barossa Shiraz 2014; and a main course of charcoal-grilled US rib-eye cap meat and wagyu beef cheek Bourguignon style with the Penfolds Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 and the Grange 2010. Add@Prince at the Prince hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui has Indian dishes on its dinner buffet until the end of June. The buffet selection includes buttered chicken curry; mixed vegetable curry; chicken tikka; tandoori whole chicken; lamb kebab and home-made naan bread.
