If you haven’t kept up with the recent restaurant openings in Hong Kong’s Central business and entertainment district, here’s our pick of the new arrivals to refresh your memory.

Kinship

At Kinship, the one-page menu had lots of dishes we were interested in trying and with the exception of the first one served – a disappointing hamachi crudo – we loved the others.

Two vegetarian dishes stood out among the meat: Grandpa’s roasted carrots – featuring different types of carrots cooked to varying degrees – and roasted cauliflower “Peking duck style”, which was creative and delicious.
