  • Gunpowder serves unusual and creative Indian dishes that are full of subtle flavours and balanced spices
  • The dishes were served in random order and one wasn’t hot enough, but they all tasted good

Ambience: quiet, as you’d expect in these times, but the soundtrack had a good, diverse mix of tunes.

Pros: the menu offers some unusual and more creative dishes that you don’t see on offer at other Indian restaurants. We had a hard time deciding what to eat.

Cons: the dishes came whenever they were ready, not necessarily the starters first, then the mains.
