Cafe Gray Deluxe to close in Admiralty, heralding ‘new chapter’ in innovative dining, Swire Hotels says

  • Led by the late Singapore-born Swiss chef Gray Kunz, and known for its European fare that blended the tastes of East and West, Cafe Gray Deluxe opened in 2009
  • The restaurant will serve a special menu of Kunz’s signature dishes ahead of its closure in December; a new dining concept will takes its place on 49th floor
