Croissant or toast? Famed pastry chef and cronut inventor combines both ahead of new store opening

  • Dominique Ansel is opening a third Dang Wen Li bakery in Hong Kong and marking the occasion with his new croissant toast in two flavours
  • The third bakery will be a cafe and retail space at H Queens in Central on Hong Kong Island that Ansel hopes will ‘show the beautiful things we can do’
