Serious coffee drinkers are never left wanting in Hong Kong, with each month bringing a new set of cafes to try.

This month, there are fresh brews to be had all over the city, from Hong Kong Island to the airport – perfect for those early morning flights.

1. Kactus Koffee

Kactus Koffee, the original branch of which is in Jordan, has opened an even bigger second branch in Sheung Wan.

The new two-level location offers something that few cafes in Hong Kong can: plenty of space.

Try the signature coffee topped with a thick, rich cream, or the Cloud coffee, which is made with coconut water.
