Dance in the dark for Earth Hour at XXX ... on April 1

A selection of green-inspired events to check out, if you are at a loose end on Saturday

No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) has partnered with Earth Hour for the global dance event Switch off and Dance. Officially down for March 28, the event has been moved to April 1 so as not to clash with the Hong Kong Sevens. All NLNL locations worldwide will be switching off and dancing to the same tunes across the globe. Dance your socks off in the dark for a good cause and help raise awareness for climate change. Mira Moon Hotel

Romantics are in for a treat at the Mira Moon Hotel in Causeway Bay with the hotel’s Secret Garden to be lit up by candles between 8.30pm and 9.30pm to boost awareness about climate change. Eaton Hong Kong

A Hug the Earth Party will be held in the T Garden on March 28.  To support Earth Hour 2015, the hotel has prepared a lights out ceremony between 8.30 and 9.30pm. Grass Roots Pantry

Chef Peggy Chan has teamed with Priscilla Soligo, the renowned chocolate maker and owner of Rawthentic Food, to create a six-course menu with the theme Tapas Tonight. The kitchen team will be working by candlelight, preparing the entire menu raw. It will be available in two sittings, from 6pm to 8.30pm, and 8.30pm to 10.30pm, and costs HK$680 per person.
