Apple spent much of its annual September iPhone unveiling trying to convince us to invest in the hi-tech new features of the Pro models.
But between all the focus on the new Pro Max zoom and 17 Pro chipset, many may have missed just how good the two new standard iPhone 15 models have become.

The screen of the smaller iPhone 15 is 6.1 inches, while that of the larger iPhone 15 Plus is 6.7 inches. Otherwise, the two standard models – Plus or no Plus – are similar, except for the larger battery in the Plus model. Both models are powered by the A16 Bionic chip system used in the iPhone 14 Pro.

The iPhone 15 also inherits the Dynamic Island feature from the iPhone 14 Pro. This design solution serves to hide the selfie camera hole that sat at the top of the display.
