A corporate wellness programme is a new feature at this year’s Evolution Asia Yoga Conference, running until June 16. It will present tools and techniques to heal the body, calm the mind and restore vitality.
Renowned gurus will present 16 sessions over four days on meditation, breathing techniques, yoga postures and yoga therapy.
Meet five of the experts offering their tips and advice for beating executive burnout.
