Summer is upon us, and this weekend is full of activities to draw you out of your home, from a cooling wellness treat at Soho House to a Wan Chai wine bar that has been repurposed as a thrift shop.

Looking for a little nostalgia hit? Reunite with Woody and friends by catching Pixar’s newest hit, Toy Story 5, at cinemas. For something a little more raucous, check out a Battle of the Bands competition in Central.

Here are five of the best things to do in Hong Kong this weekend.

1. Breathwork, ice bath and functional mushroom tasting

Hong Kong-based supplement brand Shroommate is hosting an immersive wellness experience at Soho House Hong Kong on June 28, 2026, from 10am.

Participants will be led through a breathwork session to relieve stress, provided with an ice bath for mental resilience and offered samples of mushroom coffee and tea.

This wellness experience is for beginners to experts. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot for HK$350 (US$45) earlier rather than later. For more information, click here.
