This weekend, Hong Kong’s summer calendar is in full swing, with a variety of arts, food and shopping events to choose from.

Whether you are a couple hastily prepping a wedding, a family looking to explore creativity or a foodie searching for a gourmet meal, this weekend in Hong Kong is full of possibilities.

1. Alice + Olivia and Flow & Friends

It is not often that you will find a morning activity that combines Pilates, shopping and baked goods, but Alice + Olivia and Flow & Friends are offering just that this Saturday, July 11. The fashion boutique is partnering with the wellness club to present a morning that starts with an energising Pilates workshop with DJ music, transitions to a cake-decorating workshop and finishes with a shopping opportunity with 20 per cent off for participants.
Stacey Bendet, founder of Alice + Olivia, built her business around the quest to make the perfect pair of trousers for women. Flow & Friends, a wellness and social club in Hong Kong, provides “a new type of weekend” for busy urbanites.
The brands, connected by their shared passion for women’s empowerment, designed the event to help women find community and connection. The gathering will be held at the Alice + Olivia store in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui. Tickets cost HK$425 (US$54) and are available via eventbrite.com.
