The top Korean drama series writing duo have signed on to script a new show, while among the major casting announcements in our latest round-up is news of a K-pop luminary taking on his first villain role in a Netflix sequel series.
1. Untitled Hong Sisters drama
Go Min-si is set to star in an as yet untitled new drama from the Hong Sisters, the K-drama scriptwriters known for Hotel del Luna and Alchemy of Souls. Also approached to star in the series is Cha Eun-woo (A Good Day to Be a Dog).
This series will follow Can This Love Be Translated?, another Hong Sisters creation starring Kim Seon-ho and Go Youn-jung, which is in post-production and preparing to release on Netflix this year.

Although casting is well under way, no plot details have been revealed so far for the series. The only titbit that has been shared is that the show is not a sequel to the series Hotel Del Luna, something many fans have been waiting for.
