The Lunar New Year is around the corner, and the K-drama industry is rolling out a varied line-up of new series just in time for the holidays, with genres ranging from romance and family comedy to legal thriller and dark mystery.
Read on to find out what to catch over the next month.
1. Honour
Lead cast: Lee Na-young, Jung Eun-chae, Lee Chung-ah


Lee Na-young (Romance Is a Bonus Book) makes a rare screen appearance in the legal thriller Honour, starring alongside Jung Eun-chae (Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born) and Lee Chung-ah (Hide), in a story about three university friends who now work for a law firm specialising in cases involving women victims.
The three play dogged lawyers standing up to injustice, until a dark secret they have shared for 20 years threatens to surface, putting them to the test.
Directed by Park Gun-ho (Dongjae, the Good or the Bastard) and scripted by Park Ga-yeon (Train), Honour is a remake of the Swedish series Heder from 2019. (ENA, February 2)
2. Bloody Flower
Lead cast: Ryeoun, Sung Dong-il, Keum Sae-rok


Disney+’s first Korean series of 2026 is a spin on the serial killer thriller, focusing on the trial of a mass murderer who claims to have committed his crimes to develop treatments for incurable diseases.
Ryeoun (Twinkling Watermelon) plays Lee Woo-gyeom, the medical prodigy who has claimed 17 lives, while Sung Dong-il (Typhoon Family) is the lawyer who must secure his acquittal to save his sick daughter.
Keum Sae-rok (The Interest of Love) plays the determined prosecutor who can only prove herself by securing a death sentence in the case. (Disney+, February 4)
3. Our Universe
Lead cast: Bae In-hyuk, Roh Jeong-eui


Bae In-hyuk (Check-in Hanyang) and Roh Jeong-eui (Crushology 101) play bickering in-laws whose lives take an unexpected turn in the child-rearing family comedy Our Universe.
Bae plays upcoming photographer Sun Tae-hyeong, and Roh plays jobseeker Woo Hyun-jin. They are related through their married siblings and do not get along. But when a car crash claims the lives of the siblings, the pair must unite to raise the 20-month-old orphan left behind.
The former rivals adapt to their new circumstances, helping each other to navigate the difficulties of parenthood. Meanwhile, their relationship also begins to change. (tvN, February 4)
4. The Art of Sarah
Lead cast: Shin Hye-sun, Lee Joon-hyuk


Shin Hye-sun (Mr. Queen) teams up with Netflix to play the mysterious Sarah Kim, who leads the Asian branch of a global luxury brand but whose past remains obscure. Her secrets are thrown into the spotlight when a body believed to be hers is discovered in a sewer.
Lee Joon-hyuk (Love Scout) stars as Park Mu-gyeong, the detective who investigates the case and begins to uncover Sarah’s multiple identities as he gets to the bottom of who she really is.
The Art of Sarah is the latest series by Kim Jin-min, the director of My Name and Extracurricular. (Netflix, February 13)
5. Love Phobia
Lead cast: Yeonwoo, Kim Hyun-jin


Romance takes centre stage in Love Phobia, a new series featuring former member of K-pop group Momoland Yeonwoo (The Tale of Lady Ok) and Kim Hyun-jin (Crushology 101).
The series follows romance novelist Han Sun-ho (Kim), who is deeply in touch with his feelings, and the emotionally detached CEO Yoon Bi-ah (Yeonwoo), who runs an AI-powered dating app called It’s You. As they bond, they begin to understand the true meaning of love. (U+ Mobile TV, February 19)
6. In Your Radiant Season
Lead cast: Lee Sung-kyung, Chae Jong-hyeop


Lee Sung-kyung (Call It Love) appears in the romantic melodrama In Your Radiant Season as Song Ha-ran, the head designer at a celebrated fashion house. While her life seems perfect on the surface, she has closed herself off to the world following the loss of people close to her.
Then Ha-ran meets Sun Woo-chan (Chae Jong-hyeop, Serendipity’s Embrace), a young man working as a character designer at a global animation studio. Unlike Ha-ran, Woo-chan appears cheerful, though he harbours a secret pain. (MBC/Disney+, February 20)
7. Pearl in Red
Lead cast: Park Jin-hee, Nam Sang-ji


The new daily drama Pearl in Red chronicles a bitter revenge saga as two women infiltrate a corporation under assumed identities.
Park Jin-hee (Love Scene Number) stars as the Kim twins Myeong-hee and Dan-hee. Myeong-hee is a nurse dreaming of an ordinary family life who dies after happening upon a secret. Her grief-stricken sister, Dan-hee, takes over her identity and vows to avenge her death and expose the Adel Group’s secrets.
Meanwhile, Nam Sang-ji (Unpredictable Family) plays Baek Jin-ju, a woman who reinvents herself as brand consultant Chloe Lee after losing her own family member to the Adel Group. (KBS2, February 23)
8. The Practical Guide to Love
Lead cast: Han Ji-min, Park Sung-hoon, Lee Ki-taek


Han Ji-min (Love Scout) leads the romantic comedy The Practical Guide to Love, playing Lee Ui-young, a hotel assistant manager whose private life is not going nearly as well as her professional one.
Hoping to finally settle down, she ends up going on blind dates with two very different men – the soft-spoken Song Tae-seob (Park Sung-hoon, Squid Game 2) and the carefree Shin Ji-soo (Lee Ki-taek, Namib) – and struggles to choose between them. (JTBC, February 28)
