With temperatures on the rise, the K-drama calendar is also heating up next month, as a mix of high-concept romance, thrills and even some supernatural lawyers get ready to meet audiences.
Here are the highlights to watch over the coming weeks.
1. Siren’s Kiss
Lead cast: Park Min-young, Wi Ha-joon


Following last year’s Confidence Queen, Park Min-young is once again teaming up with Prime Video, which will stream the tvN thriller Siren’s Kiss globally.
Based on the 1999 Japanese television series Ice World, the story sees Park play Han Seol-a, the chief auctioneer at South Korea’s top auction house. Though celebrated for her perfect appearance and charm, Seol-a has a dark secret: all the men who have loved her have died.
Wi Ha-joon (Squid Game) stars as Cha Woo-seok, an insurance investigator who begins looking into Seol-a after receiving an anonymous tip.
The series is directed by Kim Cheol-kyu, known for acclaimed dramas such as Mother and Flower of Evil. (tvN/Prime Video, March 2)
2. Boyfriend on Demand
Lead cast: Jisoo, Seo In-guk


Blackpink member Jisoo teams up with Seo In-guk in the Netflix romantic comedy Boyfriend on Demand.
Featuring a similar concept to the currently airing Love Phobia, the series stars Jisoo as Seo Mi-rae, an overworked webtoon producer who subscribes to a virtual reality dating programme where she meets the boyfriends of her dreams.
In this “Boyfriend on Demand” virtual world, she goes on dates with a variety of perfect men, played by a series of cameoing stars.
Seo In-guk plays Mi-rae’s colleague Park Kyung-nam, who excels at the office but whose cold behaviour makes her uncomfortable.
Boyfriend on Demand is one of two series due from No Gain No Love director Kim Jung-sik this year, along with Human X Gumiho. (Netflix, March 6)
3. Still Shining
Lead cast: Park Jin-young, Kim Min-ju, Shin Jae-ha, Park Se-hyun


Park Jin-young, of the K-pop outfit Got7, and Kim Min-ju, formerly of the Korean-Japanese idol group Iz*One, star in the romantic drama Still Shining.
The series follows subway driver Yeon Tae-seo (Park), who reunites with his first love, Mo Eun-ah (Kim). Passionate about her work, Eun-ah used to be employed at a hotel and now manages a traditional Korean guest house.
Park Jin-young last appeared opposite Park Bo-young in 2025’s Our Unwritten Seoul; he is also slated to appear alongside Kim Yoo-jung in the upcoming 100 Days of Lies.
Seen last year in Undercover High School, Kim is set to appear in the 2027 Netflix series Beauty in the Beast. (JTBC/Netflix, March 6)
4. Phantom Lawyer
Lead cast: Yoo Yeon-seok, Esom


Yoo Yeon-seok (Hospital Playlist) and Esom (LTNS) team up as a pair of lawyers representing very special clients in the supernatural legal drama Phantom Lawyer.
Yoo is Shin I-rang, who opens a practice in the home of a former shaman and, before long, begins seeing ghosts. He starts to represent these ghost clients who temporarily possess I-rang, imprinting their personalities on him.
Ace lawyer Han Na-hyeon (Esom) soon joins forces with I-rang, and together they try to win cases for their unusual clients.
With its otherworldly characters, Phantom Lawyer echoes last year’s legal drama Oh My Ghost Clients, led by Yoo’s Hospital Playlist co-star Jung Kyung-ho. (SBS, March 13)
5. Mad Concrete Dreams
Lead cast: Ha Jung-woo, Lim Soo-jung, Krystal Jung, Shim Eun-kyung


Ha Jung-woo (Narco-Saints) leads an ensemble cast in the thriller Mad Concrete Dreams as Ki Su-jong, a man who scrapes together every loan he can get his hands on to make his dream of buying his own building come true.
But now that debt is threatening to overwhelm him, he resorts to a desperate plan to prevent his property from being sold at auction. He decides to use his building’s basement to stage a fake kidnapping, but things don’t go according to plan.
Mad Concrete Dreams is the small-screen debut of acclaimed director Yim Pil-sung, known for genre film classics Antarctic Journal (2005) and Hansel and Gretel (2007). (tvN, March 14)
6. Doctor Shin
Lead cast: Jung Yi-chan, Baek Seo-ra


In the prime-time melodrama Doctor Shin, Jung Yi-chan (formerly known as Min Sun-hong) stars as Shin Ju-shin, a brilliant neurosurgeon at Nua Hospital who is engaged to screen star Momo (Baek Seo-ra).
Following an accident, Momo falls into a coma. Driven by his love, Ju-shin attempts a daring medical procedure by switching Momo’s brain with that of another individual in an attempt to revive her.
Doctor Shin is the latest series from writer Im Sung-han, the mastermind behind Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce). (TV Chosun, March 14)
7. Climax
Lead cast: Ju Ji-hoon, Ha Ji-won, Nana, Oh Jung-se


Ju Ji-hoon leads the thriller Climax as Bang Tae-seop, an ambitious prosecutor trying to find his way to the top of South Korea’s elite.
Tae-seop shoots into the spotlight after marrying former top star Choo Sang-ah (Ha Ji-won, Curtain Call), who will stop at nothing to reclaim her stardom.
Nana (Mask Girl) plays Hwang Jeong-won, who secretly acts as Tae-seop’s informant and holds the key that could expose the dirty secrets of a powerful conglomerate undergoing a succession battle.
Climax is the first series from Lee Ji-won, who made her name directing the indie film Miss Baek. (ENA, March 16)
8. Cabbage Your Life
Lead cast: Park Sung-woong, Lee Soo-kyung


Park Sung-woong (Bloodhounds) and Lee Soo-kyung (What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim) lead the series Cabbage Your Life as Sung Tae-hoon and Jo Mi-ryeo, a city couple who relocate their family to the countryside and struggle to adjust to the very different rhythm of life.
The series also features Lee Seo-hwan (Squid Game season 2) as Im Joo-hyung, the head of their new village. (KBS2, March 26)
