The romance between K-pop star Jisoo of Blackpink and Korean actor Ahn Bo-hyun is over, two months after their relationship became public.

The two confirmed they were in a relationship on August 3 after being spotted together on dates. “They are currently in the phase of acquainting themselves with each other,” YG said in August.

Jisoo, 28, was the first member of superstar girl group Blackpink to confirm she was dating. The other members of the group, Jennie, Lisa and Rose, have remained silent about rumours they are dating.

Blackpink debuted in 2016 and soon achieved global fame with their catchy music, including songs such as “Whistle,” “Ddu-du Ddu-du” and “As If It’s Your Last”.
The girl group topped the US Billboard 200 album chart in 2022, a first for a Korean girl group, with Born Pink, and they are the most followed musical act on YouTube, with more than 90 million subscribers.

In March, Jisoo made her solo debut with her album Me.

In addition to music, Jisoo has been pursuing an acting career. In 2021, she made her acting debut in Korean network JTBC series Snowdrop.

Most recently, she made a cameo appearance in the film Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman. She is reportedly in talks to make her big-screen debut in Omniscient Reader.

Ahn, 35, who began his career as a model in 2007, made his acting debut in the 2014 series Golden Cross.
