1. Miss Granny
Jung Jin-young, formerly a member of K-pop group B1A4, has been cast in the K-drama remake of hit fantasy film Miss Granny. He appeared in the original movie, but will play a different character this time.
The roles of the elderly Oh Mal-soon (played by Na Moon-hee in the film) and the younger version of herself she turns into (originally played by Shim Eun-kyung) after visiting a magical photo studio will be filled by Kim Hae-sook (Under the Queen’s Umbrella) and Jung Ji-so (The Cursed) respectively.

After playing Mal-soon’s teenage grandson in the original film, Jung Jin-young will play Daniel Han, the TV producer who spots the rejuvenated Mal-soon’s stage talent.
