If you’re nostalgic about childhood sweet treats, you can relive those memories at ABC Cake House. Founded in 1951 on Gage Street, Central, it sold a variety of baked goods, including egg tarts, cookies, pineapple buns, carrot cake, and their famously addictive nougat with walnuts.

ABC Cake House was opened by Yvonne Kai's grandfather in 1951 in Central, and relocated to Wan Chai in 2015.

The store had to move because of redevelopment in the area, and the founder’s granddaughter Yvonne Kai relocated it to Queen’s Road East in January 2015. It’s a cosy shop full of delicious-smelling items. The only problem you’ll have is deciding on what to eat.
