One traveller is rightfully making a stink about her neighbour’s in-flight behaviour.

A user of the social media platform Reddit shared a photo early this week from a woman’s plane ride that was made uncomfortable thanks to an inconsiderate passenger who apparently needs a lesson in proper aeroplane etiquette.

In the picture, the woman looks visibly disgusted as the passenger directly behind her dangles his or her feet over her headrest, just inches from her face. (It is not clear which airline the woman was travelling on.)

“This is the one thing I am most worried about before getting on a plane,” the Reddit user captioned the photo, which was shared on a forum titled “mildly infuriating”.

The post received more than 1,000 comments, with users variously calling the traveller’s behaviour “gross”, “so dirty” and “disgusting”. One user said the photo could double as a “horror movie poster”.
