The décor at this two-Michelin starred restaurant exudes Chinese grandeur, with chandeliers, stylish lanterns and carved mahogany screens, while the large private room has an exclusive entrance.

New executive chef Daniel Cheung Long-yin places emphasis on attractive plating to authentic flavours in his traditional cuisine.

The á la carte menu is extensive, but try the chef’s signature tasting menu offering dishes such as suckling pig with preserved bean curd sauce and pan-fried wagyu with lily bulbs and seasonal vegetables with black pepper sauce in a bird’s nest. Traditional and vegetarian tasting menus are also available with wine pairing.
