The best way to experience what’s on offer is to select his Italian Itinerary tasting menu featuring seared scallop, guanciale, creamed greens, black olives, pine nut crumble and home-made potato gnocchi, Mediterranean seafood, Pecorino cheese, black pepper with a dessert of 80 per cent dark chocolate mousse, raspberries and blackberries. There is a wide selection of wines.
