Cuisine Cuisine puts a contemporary twist on traditional Chinese dishes
Restaurant is perfect for business lunches and dinners
Inspired by the greenery of Kowloon Park, which the restaurant overlooks, the décor at Cuisine Cuisine is predominantly emerald, from the carpet to the leather chairs and booths.
Chef de cuisine Edwin Tang puts contemporary twists on traditional Chinese dishes, and dim sum here is outstanding. Signatures include Hokkaido scallop with mango sauce and rice cracker and steamed Boston lobster with peach gum. The wine list boasts more than 350 labels, displayed in the restaurant’s wine cellar, which merges into a private room. Perfect for business lunches and dinners, there are seven private rooms and an à la carte menu or seasonal tasting menus.
