Hutong fires up the appetite with its innovative dishes
Restaurant offers an award-winning menu of northern Chinese cuisine – some spicy – and provides spectacular views of the city
This traditional restaurant’s atmosphere is warm and lively, making it an ideal place to impress visitors. With spectacular harbour views, window seats are best, and in a quiet corner there is what was formerly a Chinese bed with an intricately carved wooden frames as seating.
The northern menu offers innovative dishes made from the freshest ingredients. The extensive menu includes signatures such as roasted suckling pig with pancakes and beggar’s chicken. The desserts are creative, with traditional servings from puddings to sweet soups, along with exotic-flavoured ice creams such as oolong tea and Shoaxing wine. Don’t leave without trying the signature cocktails.
