The Chairman is a favourite spot for the business elite and gourmets looking for the best Cantonese cuisine. 

The restaurant sources seasonal ingredients, local where possible, and succeeds in bringing out the original flavours of the food. Staff help narrow down choices with excellent menu items ranging from healthy to indulgent. For appetisers, try roasted lamb belly and caramelised onions with Chinese buns. For mains, we recommend king prawns cooked in fish and rice broth with peppered prawn heads, and to end, something sweet like an osmanthus and wolfberry ice cream or home-made almond soup.
