The restaurant’s name  suggests  unique views and a menu that will take diners  beyond traditional Cantonese cuisine.

The Terence Conran-designed dining room features wooden floors and booth seating, with tables by the window offering unparalleled views of Victoria Harbour. The dim sum is excellent and available on lunch sets, with crab meat and compoy dumpling in superior broth and wok-fried scallops with vegetables and mushrooms. Dinner sets  feature deep-fried prawns wrapped in crispy noodles and chef’s recommended menu has classics of steamed lobster with garlic and wok-fried  grouper fillet with spring onion. There is also a Peking duck set.
