Arcane’s unpretentious style makes the fare more fun
One Michelin-star eatery serving seasonal European dishes is a big hit with Hong Kong foodies
Serving modern European fare, one Michelin-star restaurant Arcane is tucked away in a quiet corner of Central. Diners can sit at the open kitchen and watch chef Shane Osborn in action, or at tables inside or out on the terrace.
Osborn has worked in Michelin-star restaurants across Europe, including in London, where he was the first Australian chef to achieve one and two Michelin stars at L’Autre Pied and Pied-a-Terre, respectively.
Osborn offers simple seasonal, unpretentious – but delicious – fare on à la carte and set menus. He grows vegetables on the terrace and the rest are cultivated for the restaurant locally.
