Amuse Bouche offers impeccable service and top-class food
Amuse Bouche has comfortable interiors with dark wooden floors and white walls, complemented by shelves laden with candles, viticulture books, paintings and wine bottles. The restaurant seats up to 60 and has two private rooms. It also boasts 270-degree views of the city.
The service is impeccable and the food is top class. Signature dishes include French favourites such as black truffle soup with milk cappuccino, duck leg confit and cote de bouf. Desserts of hot lemon soufflé and dark chocolate dome with raspberry, passion fruit ice cream and orange peel are must-tries. But the star of the show is its wine cellar which has some of the best vintages from around the world.
