Parisian-style bistro Belon showcases deliciously authentic French cuisine
Chef Daniel Calvert sources the best seasonal ingredients for his dishes, each of which requires an exceptional degree of technique and skill to prepare
Belon is a neo-Parisian bistro with stripped down chic décor and impressive food and wine menus.
Chef Daniel Calvert sources the best seasonal ingredients. The house-made naturally leavened bead with salted Channel Island butter is not to be missed, followed by oysters with Champagne Mignonette, and Kristal Schrenki caviar with corn blinis and foie gras “au torchon” with cherries. For mains, the Rangers wagyu striploin with crispy polenta and Bordelaise sauce and pigeon with fig and amaretto are excellent choices. Morbier or 48-month aged comte cheeses, millefeuille or hazelnut and Perigord truffle mille crepe are a good way to end.
