Gaia Ristorante adds a touch of modern flair to regional Italian classics
Glamorous restaurant on the piazza at Grand Millennium Plaza offers a diverse and delicious selection
This restaurant offers alfresco dining reminiscent of an Italian piazza, with tiered fountains and greenery. Inside, the tables are well spaced for privacy, and there are two private rooms.
The menu offers regional Italian classics done with contemporary flair. Innovative starters include grilled octopus with beetroot, black olives and potato and green pea foam, and red and blue shrimp tartare with prawn cracker and lime sherbet.
