New executive chef Angelo Vecchio revamped the menu after the LKF Group acquired the restaurant. Porterhouse now boasts the city’s largest selection of porterhouse steaks with US Nebraska Durham Ranch Black Angus choice and 60-day dry aged Spain Los Norteños Rubia Gallega prime porterhouse.
