La Chine at The Parisian Macao blends Chinese with French cuisines 

High up in the city’s replica Eiffel Tower, the restaurant serves outstanding dishes

La Chine offers Chinese cuisine with a French twist. The décor is industrial chic with Chinese-style round tables, and high stools by the windows. There is a wine cellar and two private rooms. 

The dim sum is outstanding, especially the steamed rice roll with crispy lobster, crispy baby abalone and taro puffs and pan-fried buns filled with beef in black pepper sauce. The Canard à l’orange – crispy duck marinated in black pepper and mandarin peel with an orange black pepper sauce is a must-try.

Finish with caramelised pineapple tart Tatin and sweetened almond soup with black sesame dumplings. Menu items change seasonally.
