The only fine-dining restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Macau, Vida Rica offers classic Cantonese and European cuisines with a modern twist. The interior has a glass wall with views of the South China Sea and an open kitchen. The menu features a variety of Portuguese fare including a seafood tower, bacalhau and salted cod fish with potato fritters. Chef’s recommendations include Macau sole, free-range chicken and braised fish maw with goose web. On the dim sum menu, chef recommendations include xiao long bau with crab roe, crispy lobster roll with black olive and cheese, and pan-fried bun with black pepper beef spare rib. Desserts include western and Chinese options.
