Zi Yat Heen offers Cantonese cuisine with an occasional twist

Diners can choose from fresh seafood, barbecued meats and dim sum

An abalone dish at Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Macau
Close to the casinos but far enough to provide a relaxing escape, Zi Yat Heen offers traditional Cantonese cuisine with an occasional creative twist. The elegant interior is everything you’d expect of a Four Seasons restaurant, with lantern-like chandeliers and a floor-to-ceiling wine cellar dressing up the neutral colour palette. Veteran Hong Kong chef Ho Pui-yung focuses on fresh seafood and high-quality ingredients from around the world, offering everything from traditional dim sum and bird’s nest soup to barbecued meats and vegetarian dishes. There are also set and seasonal menus. Diners can expect a few unique flourishes to the otherwise simple fare.
