Known locally as the “tycoon’s canteen”, Dynasty has cultivated its refined reputation over four decades. Located within the luxurious Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, its interiors demonstrate contemporary takes on classic designs – a theme that is further championed by the cuisine.

Dynasty puts a fresh spin on traditional Cantonese fare, and its melt-in-your-mouth Hangzhou pork belly served on a sizzling plate fittingly demonstrates this. Other favourites with its loyal clientele include the char siu, with its tender meat balanced by the sweet, caramelised exterior. Eight private rooms are ideal for celebrations and corporate events.
