burrata with 24-month aged Parma ham (HK$180) was good owing to the quality of the ingredients. The burrata was soft and moist, and the ham, cut into fine pieces, added complexity and saltiness. Tagliatelle with Sicilian red prawns and zucchini (HK$210) had tender but not mushy house-made pasta, and the sauce was creamy.
