Liberty Stone Oven pizzas: square with a runny egg - what's not to like?

Pies come in two sizes: regular (for sharing) and personal (just for you)

VICTOR WANG

Tucked behind parent restaurant Liberty Exchange Kitchen & Bar, Liberty Stone Oven Pizza rewards those who enjoy the Italian classic with its delicious takeaway options, ranging from margarita and caprice to a mixed mushroom base. The real clincher, however, is the option of a runny, 62-degree egg on top that transforms the pizza into a gooey, mouth-watering mess. The pies have a slightly thicker crust than most Neopolitan varieties and come in two sizes: regular (for sharing) or personal. And they're rectangular to make them easier to handle for the lunchtime crowd.
