Yan Toh Heen at the InterContinental in Tsim Sha Tsui will have a Cantonese food and Krug champagne dinner on July 7. Greens Café at Harbour Plaza North Point is featuring oysters on its seafood dinner buffet until the end of June. The buffet selection includes raw oysters on the half shell; pan-fried oyster cake; assorted baked oysters (below); and baby oyster congee. Spring Moon at The Peninsula has a special dinner on July 10: an eight-course Chinese meal cooked by chefs from Peninsula properties in Paris, Tokyo, Beijing, Bangkok and of course, Hong Kong.
